Questions
What is flowing in debate?
Taking notes on a round so that each argument can be followed speech by speech: what was said, what answered it, and what carried through to the end. The flow is what a judge decides from.
Is it free?
Yes, and that does not change.
Does it work without wifi?
Yes.
Which formats?
Public Forum. The eight speeches and the crossfires are built in.
